The ACS will collect funds and issue receipts (end-of-the-tax-year) for each and every donation. Of course, you are welcome to print your own receipt and use it for tax purposes. After all gifts are collected and the donation fund is closed, the total of funds collected will be forwarded to the AMERICA RED CROSS, UKRAINIAN RELIEF.
